Park Cho-rong of girl group Apink has dropped her lawsuit against a former classmate who falsely accused her of bullying.

“Park and Mrs. A [anonymous] have decided to resolve their misunderstandings and drop all lawsuits they have filed against each other,” Park’s agency IST Entertainment said. “They are currently going through the legal process of having their charges dropped.”

In early 2021, the classmate wrote on an online community that Park had bullied her during their school years.

Park sued the accuser for defamation and intimidation, then the classmate filed a countersuit in April 2021. According to IST Entertainment, the two women recently met to hear each other’s story.
