New Sushi Restaurant Opens in Harrison County

CLARKSBURG, West Virginia – Tokyo Sushi and Hibachi restaurant on Wednesday began serving Asian-style cuisine at its new location in Clarksburg.

The restaurant owners began their quest to share the flavors of Japan, Thailand and Korea eight years ago when they opened their first restaurant in Parkersburg.

They have since expanded to Bluefield, Cambridge (OH) and now Clarksburg to former Dickey’s Barbecue in New Pointe Plaza.

The menu offers a variety of cooking styles including Korean hibachi which is similar to Japanese hibachi but without the big show.

The Sushi and Sashimi Bar offers guests many choices of colorful and artistic dishes.

“We think it’s good for us to bring a lot of choice to the community, especially with Asian food,” said Dan Widagdo, Managing Partner. “We want to promote Asian, Japanese and Thai cuisine. We pride ourselves on providing the best style and quality food in the community.
