Sacramento’s beloved seafood restaurant is now open in Brentwood

East Contra Costa County: Time for shrimp tacos, poke bowls and cioppino.

Station 16, downtown Sacramento’s beloved seafood restaurant and bar, quietly opened last week in The Streets of Brentwood mall at 2505 Sand Creek Road, Suite 120. It is the second location of Station 16, which started in Sacramento in 2016 and offers an extremely wide menu of appetizers, small plates, pastas, salads and other seafood dishes.

Brentwood’s menu, hours and phone number have yet to be posted online, but Sacramento menu highlights include Seoul St. Oysters with Korean-inspired sweet and spicy sauce, mozzarella, corn, seeds sesame and green onion; a lobster roll on buttered brioche and a selection of “sizzlin’” cast iron pans dressed in a garlic and white wine sauce. You choose the protein – shrimp, mussels, clams or Dungeness crab – plus add-ins such as corn on the cob, sausage or fingerling potatoes.

For drinks, look for local craft beers, wines by the glass or bottle, and 10 signature cocktails, including the Mangonada, made with tequila, mango puree, and a tamarind straw. Details:
